Autofill Question - Adds a unique question ID which corresponds to a respondent ID from a contacts file.
Confirmation Text - Reminds the respondents that once submitted their surveys cannot be edited.
Expiration Text - Appears if someone tries to fill in a survey after its deadline has passed.
Group Availability - Type Makes the survey accessible to a pre-defined group by specifying a survey username and password. The survey is accessible only to respondents who are aware of its survey’s username and password.
