July, 2005 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY FOR NETAGE
In July, Netage used the ApplyNET Survey platform to create two surveys and measure the satisfaction of their current customers. The primary goal оf the research was to gather feedback about the product quality and deployment services of Netage. April, 2005 SURVEYS FOR NETINFO
In April, the long-term cooperation between Netinfo and Eastisoft was re-affirmed. In order to find out more about its audience, Netinfo selected ApplyNET Survey to create three online surveys. Their purpose is to better segment the users of three of the most popular portals in Bulgaria – www.netinfo.bg, www.gbg.bg and www.abv.bg. The results of the surveys will be used for Netinfo’s research purposes. |

January, 2005 UNIQUE ID FEATURE FOR APPLYNET SURVEY
Eastisoft team continues to further develop the functionalities of ApplyNET Survey in order to provide its customers with optimal results. The “Unique ID” feature allows the owners of the survey to check which of their respondents actually filled out the survey and what answers were given by groups of particular interest. The feature does not permit second submission of the same survey. The new characteristic of ApplyNET Survey not only immensely helps the researchers in better profiling their target audience. The new feature is integrated in SendFlyer’s campaign tool, which allows SendFlyer and Applynet clients to easily create and send surveys. |

December, 2004 APPLYNET SURVEY FOR NETINFO
In December, ApplyNET Survey helped NetInfo choose a name for its new search-engine. NetInfo, the owner of the most popular search engine in Bulgaria –www.gbg.bg, extends its services. In order to choose the most appropriate name for the new search engine, NetInfo decided to ask its users for their opinion. ApplyNET Survey was used to create three online questionnaires, and the results will be found in Bulgarian cyberspace very soon. |
